The process of investing with BND is simple. You will first contact us in order to set up an appointment.

During the first appointment we will explain the purchase process so you will know what to expect in every step of the way.


The next step is making an offer, We will email you information about investment properties becoming available to purchase and You will make the decision of wether you would like to place an offer.


After the bank/seller accepts our offer we will move to the purchase process and setup a closing date. All sales are completed and signed by a certify and licensed real estate attorney. Funds will not be transferred to the bank/seller until all documents are signed. Your funds are 100% safe throughout the purchase process.


When the transaction is completed the renovation starts. We will make sure the house is the best looking property in the neighborhood. Usually we have a tenant ready for move in before the renovation is completed.

What do I need in order to purchase a property in the U.S ?


  1. Bullet We recommend a  budget of 75000$.

  2. Bullet Bank signed proof of funds. ( This is a standard request from any seller  in order to consider your offer.)

  3. BulletPatients. Buying a property takes time, In some cases up to 3 month. This is mainly due to high demand.

Turn key properties are properties already purchased and renovated by BND or other investors currently available for sale.

Advantages in purchasing turn key properties are:

  1. Property is ready to move in and usually rented, income starts the same day you purchase.

  2. You do not need to go through the headache of placing offers, inspecting properties, and waiting for banks to approve the purchase.

  3. You save the renovation time (usually 21-30 days).


Disadvantages in buying turn key properties:

  1. Usually there are simply not enough turn key properties available.

  2. Property ticket price is usually 10% higher than purchasing from the bank, renovating and renting.
